Chef Leesa has over 30 years experience as a chef apprenticing in Japanese kitchens both in Australia and in Japan. Leesa’s food is extensive - from Asian cuisines to the fusions of Modern Australian and Bush Tucker.
At Sumptuous Fine Food we believe in using the freshest local ingredients where possible. The way the food is produced is very important to us. We aim to seek knowledge about the food we are using and pass that on to the customer, so our customers can make educated choices.
We tailor menus to individual needs and dietary requirements such as; allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and paleo. We offer a wide variety of choices and are always open to suggestions.
Our gourmet foods are diverse and are made from the ground up. Leesa’s food is satisfying and tantalising, with textures and flavours that will seduce you.
